House Homeland and Border Security Chairpersons Send Letter Calling for Delay of USCIS Furloughs
On 8/21/20, Representatives Bennie Thompson (D-MS) and Kathleen Rice (D-NY), sent a letter to Acting DHS Secretary Chad Wolf and USCIS Deputy Director for Policy Joseph Edlow urging a delay of USCIS furloughs given the agency’s current funding level through the remainder of FY2020.
