New Edition Released of AILA’s “Cookbook”

DENVER, CO – The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) is proud to release the 4th edition of our Immigration Law Practice and Procedure Manual: A “Cookbook” of Essential Practice Materials. Written by Ari Sauer and Greg Siskind, the Cookbook provides the reader with thorough, how-to guidance on preparing and filing many of the more common immigration applications and petitions. Immigration law is famously complex, so this resource is incredibly helpful; each chapter contains all the resources most attorneys will need to prepare a specific type of immigration case. It can serve as a valuable tool for newer immigration lawyers, as well as a handy practice aid for more seasoned practitioners.
The new edition expands to three volumes, building on the previous editions’ focus on B Visas, E Visas, H-1B Visas, H-2B Visas, L Visas, O Visas, R Visas, TN Visas, Family-based immigration, K Visas, PERM Process, Alternatives to PERM, EB-1C, Consular Processing, Post-LPR Issues, Naturalization, T Nonimmigrants, U Nonimmigrants, DACA, VAWA, and TPS.
