OFLC Issues Reminder of Changes to H-2B Submissions

FLAG will implement technical provisions to H-2B filing today, April 28, 2022. H-2B submissions after 6 pm (ET) on April 28, 2022, must be submitted in the new fill-and-submit module. H-2B cases submitted before then will be deleted; an application using the upgraded module will need to be created.
