Employer Compliance, Temporary Protected Status & Deferred Enforced Departure
SAVE and E-Verify provided updates regarding EADs for TPS holders from Ethiopia, given the ruling in African Communities Together v. Noem on 1/30/26 extending the validity period. Expiration dates for such EADs in E-Verify and SAVE should be listed as 4/13/26. The updates supersede guidance on the same subject issued 3/12/26.
