USCIS Final Rule Implementing Automatic Adjustment Provisions of International Entrepreneur Parole Rule
USCIS final rule implementing the automatic adjustment of the investment and revenue amount requirements of the international entrepreneur parole program required by 8 CFR 212.19(l). The final rule is effective 10/1/21. The increased amounts will take effect at the start of FY2022. (86 FR 50839, 9/13/21)
