Scialabba/Neufeld/Chang Memo Adds Chapter to AFM on Illegal Entrants and Immigration Violators

A 3/3/09 memo from Lori Scialabba, Donald Neufeld and Pearl Chang, USCIS, revises the AFM to include a new chapter, 40.6, regarding the interpretation of the grounds of inadmissibility contained in INA Section 212(a)(6), addressing illegal entrants and immigration violators.
