USCIS Alert: Revised Form I-601 Available for Use

USCIS alert that a revised Form I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility (edition date 5/22/15), has been released. USCIS will accept editions dated 12/16/12 or earlier until 8/4/15. After 8/5/12, USCIS will accept only the 5/22/15 edition.
