USCIS Changes Filing Location for Form I-918 and Form I-485 Based on U Status

On 6/29/20, Form I-918 and Form I-485 for applicants applying based on U nonimmigrant status will have new filing locations. USCIS will allow a 30-day grace period then USCIS may reject any Form I-918, Form I-918A, Form I-918B, Form I-485, and all related forms sent to the incorrect service center.
