USCIS Final Rule Increasing the Premium Processing Fee

USCIS final rule increasing the premium processing fee for Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, and Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers, from $1,410 to $1,440. The rule is effective 12/2/19. Applications postmarked on or after that date must include the new fee. (84 FR 58303, 10/31/19)
