USCIS Launches Optional Forms Checklists for Forms I-129F and I-765

On 5/9/16, USCIS launched a pilot study that offers optional checklists on Forms I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), and I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, specific to applicants who have filed for adjustment (8 CFR 274a.12 (c)(9)), to assist in the submission of form packages.
