USCIS Releases EB-5 Training Materials

4/14/11 AILA Doc. No. 11041432. Business Immigration, EB-5 Investors

In response to a Freedom of Information Act request, USCIS released 486 pages of materials used to train USCIS officers in the adjudication of EB-5 immigrant investor cases. The materials include 446 pages released in their entirety, and 40 pages released in part. USCIS withheld 35 pages in full. Special thanks to H. Ronald Klasko.
