2025 AILA Fall Conference and Webcast Logistics Information

Thank you for registering for the 2025 AILA Fall Conference and Webcast to be held on Thursday and Friday, September 11-12, 2025, at the The Revere Hotel Boston Common in Boston, MA. This page provides important details about the program, in-person logistics, the virtual website, how to participate in the Q&As, and attendee-exclusive discounts and special offers.

Please Note: Both in-person and webcast registrants will receive login information to access the virtual event site. You will receive an email with the event site URL, login name, and password. These are unique to each participant. This email will be sent to the email address associated with the account you used when registering. Hybrid Event: Both in-person and virtual attendees will participate in the conference. Virtual attendees will view the in-person speakers via Zoom on the webcast site. Both in-person and virtual attendees will use the Slido app for the question-and-answer sessions. Instructions for using this app are below.

Wednesday, September 10, 2025 will be a PREVIEW DAY. You can explore the virtual conference site and earn game points to win prizes, but there will be no sessions.

Q&A for Sessions

Panels accepting live questions will use Slido for Q&A. You can use Slido from a browser on your laptop or mobile device, or you can download the Slido app on your phone or other mobile device. Follow these instructions:

Using your laptop or the web browser of a mobile device?

1. Visit https://www.slido.com oor search for Slido in your browser and select it from the search results. The online Q&A site is free of charge and there is no need to create an account or log in.
2. Find the blue banner that reads, “Joining as a participant?” Enter the participation code and click on the blue arrow.

1. If you would like to add your name, company, etc., click the person icon in the blue banner at the top right of your screen. (This step is optional.)

Using the Slido App on a mobile device?

1. Go to your mobile device’s app store and search for Slido. The app is free of charge and there is no need to create an account or log in.
2. Download and install the Slido – Q&A and Polling app from the search results.
3. Open the app on your mobile device.
4. Enter the participant code and click the arrow to join.

  • Distance to the hotel: ~5.6 miles/25-minute drive

Checking In to the Conference

The AILA check-in table will be open on Thursday September 11 from 7am-5pm and Friday, September 12 from 7am –5pm at the Silver Ballroom, level 1. During check-in, you will receive your name badge and conference packet, which will include a copy of the schedule, CLE information, etc. Please note: No materials have been or will be mailed out for this conference.

AILA provides light continental breakfast both days and buffet lunch (Thursday only) to the attendees, while supplies last.

During the Conference

WiFi in Meeting Rooms

WiFi will be available in the meeting rooms, but AILA cannot guarantee the quality of connectivity.

Hybrid Event: Both in-person and virtual attendees will participate in the Conference. Virtual attendees will view the in-person speakers via Zoom. Both in-person and virtual attendees will use the Slido app for the question-and-answer portions of the sessions. Conference Materials: The conference handbook and any handouts prepared by speakers will be available in your AILA Digital Library. To access these items in your Digital Library, follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your account on AILA Shop.
2. Click on the blue Digital Library button located at the top right.
3. Scroll to the 2025 AILA Fall Conference image. Items are listed by the date of purchase.

Webcast Login Information: Both in-person and webcast registrants will receive login information to access the virtual event site. You will receive an email with the event site URL, login name, and password. These are unique to each participant. This email will be sent to the email address associated with the account you used to register.

Lobby: The lobby will be the first place you visit during the virtual conference.

Sessions: All sessions can be viewed by clicking on the Sessions tab in the top menu. You can preview each session and add it to your agenda. Sessions can only be entered 15 minutes prior to the start time. Please refresh your browser if you don’t see the Join button and you are within 15 minutes of the start of the session. Please complete an evaluation after each session. The link to the evaluation can be found below each session description. All participants will have access to the recorded sessions. The recordings will be available on the virtual site within 24 hours of the live sessions and accessible there for 14 days. After 14 days, recordings will be available in your Digital Library. Visit the Q&A for Sessions section above on this page for instructions on how to ask questions.

Lounge: This is a great place to go if you want to chat with other attendees. If you would like to search for anything on the virtual conference site, you can click on the Keyword Search button.

Game Room: Qualify to be entered to win several prizes by participating in the Scavenger Hunt. Look for star icons throughout the virtual site and participate in activities to earn points. See the Game Room page for more details and prize information.

My Profile: Customize your profile by clicking on your name in the upper right corner to bring up your badge, where you can edit your badge name and add a photo.

CLE Credits

CLE Credits (Federal Court Only): A four-digit attendance verification code will be given during each panel. Please note the sessions you attend and the codes in order to record your CLE attendance. At the end of the conference, you must record your attendance using My CLE*. Attendance must be recorded by Friday, September 19, 2025. Your certificate of attendance will be issued after you record attendance using My CLE*. To report your live attendance, log in to your AILA account, visit the My CLE* tab then select the correct format under “Report Attendance” > Seach and Select 2025 AILA Fall Conference and Webcast > Select “Record Session Attendance” > Enter CLE code and Certify > Select Record Attendance. Be sure to save and submit your credits!
