HHS Notice Excluding Non-Qualified Immigrants from Federal Benefits

USCIS Notice of Immigration Fees Required by HR-1 Reconciliation Bill

DHS Issues Waiver to Ensure Rapid Construction of Waterborne Barriers in Texas
DHS Secretary Kristi Noem signed a waiver to ensure the expeditious construction of approximately 17 miles of waterborne barrier in the Rio Grande River in Cameron County, Texas within the U.S. Border Patrol’s Rio Grande Valley Sector. The waiver was published in the Federal Register on 7/3/25.
DOJ Adjustment of Certain Immigration-Related Employer Penalties for Inflation
DOJ final rule effective 7/3/25 implementing the adjustment of certain penalties for inflation for 2025, including penalties against employers for unlawful employment of immigrants and for immigration-related paperwork violations and unfair employment practices. (90 FR 29445, 7/3/25)
DOL NPRM Rescinding Final Rule on Workers in Temporary Agricultural Employment
DOL issued a NPRM rescinding a final rule, “Improving Protections for Workers in Temporary Agricultural Employment in the United States,” which governs certification of agricultural labor performed by H-2A workers and employers’ contractual obligations. EOIR Notice of Revision of Immigration Practitioner/Organization Complaint Form
