Case Processing Times for H-2B Temporary Nonagricultural Visa Program
DOL's OFLC has disclosed case processing information through its iCERT system to help employers better understand the current processing timeframes for H-2B applications at the Chicago NPC. The processing times will be updated at least weekly.
H-2B processing times, including processing times for issuance of initial notice of acceptance or deficiency, as well as average case processing times.
