From immigration court to federal court, this track will help you improve your briefs and learn new trial skills. Sessions will cover an array of topics in removal defense, as well as litigation relating to FOIA, administrative appeals, crimmigration, and more.

    This day-long trip includes the Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and a drive through historic Manitou Springs. Some stops that will be made include the Kissing Camels and the Balancing Stones as well as many others.

    This is a walking/sightseeing tour. Please dress accordingly and bring a reusable water bottle. Times may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions. Lunch (sandwich, chips, water) will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own lunch.  Please make sure to look for an email regarding with more details and a waiver that needs to be signed closer to the dates.  All tours and buses will operate from the conference headquarters hotel, Gaylord Rockies.

    When the DJ plays a song on your Bingo card, it is time to come to the dance floor to dance to the song!  Come dressed to dance at a 70’s disco!

CLE Credits
Live In-Person and Webcast CLE Credits

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit has been sought for the 2025 AILA Annual Conference and Webcast on Immigration Law in all jurisdictions that have mandatory CLE and legal specialization requirements. Participants seeking CLE credit for the LIVE event will be required to submit their attendance via webCLE by Monday, June 30, 2025, at ailawebcle.org. Attorneys are awarded credit based upon the number of session hours they attend at the conference. Attorneys are responsible for accurately tracking and recording the sessions they attend and the relevant CLE codes for CLE reporting.  

If you do not have a webCLE account, please take a moment to create your account by clicking ailawebcle.org then click Register.  

To report your live In-person/webcast attendance, login to your webCLE account at ailawebCLE.org then click “MyEvents” > “Conferences” > “2025 AILA Annual Conference and Webcast” > Select Date > Select Session Title > Enter Code > repeat. 

Eligible participants can receive up to: 

  • 50-minute jurisdictions – 24.6 total credits (includes up to 7.2 ethics credits, 1.2 bias credits, 1.2 cybersecurity credit, 1.2 technology credit, 2.4 competence/wellness credit, 3.6 law practice management credits) * 

  • 60-minute jurisdictions – 20.5 total credits (includes up to 6 ethics credits, 1 bias credit, 1 cybersecurity credit, 1 technology credit, 2 competence/wellness credits, 3 law practice management credits) *  

  • Deadline to submit live In-person/webcast CLE codes to webCLE accounts is Monday, June 30, 2025 

*Please note that estimated CLE credit hours are for the live in-person and webcast attendance only. The amount of CLE credit hours awarded for OnDemand recording participation will differ depending upon state jurisdictions.

  • Deadline to submit OnDemand Conference CLE codes to webCLE accounts is Thursday, June 18, 2026 

  • Many states allow reporting of OnDemand credits only once for each conference so please wait to report your OnDemand CLE codes to your webCLE account until you have viewed all of your OnDemand sessions and can report the codes in one sitting.
