On 1/15/21, DHS published an advance copy of a final USCIS rule, Strengthening the H-1B Nonimmigrant Visa Classification Program. As a result of a memo issued by the Biden administration regarding review of pending regulatory actions, this rule will be withdrawn.
DOL Final Rule on Computation of Prevailing Wage Levels
DOL final rule which adopts, with changes, the interim final rule published at 85 FR 63872 amending the regulations governing permanent labor certifications and Labor Condition Applications to incorporate changes to the computation of prevailing wage levels. (86 FR 3608, 1/14/21)
DOL Annual Adjustment of Penalties for D-1, H-1B, H-2A, and H-2B Visa Program Violations for 2021
