Second CDC Order Requiring Negative COVID-19 Test or Documentation of Recovery from COVID-19 for Persons Entering by Air
CDC order signed 1/25/21, requiring a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 for all passengers arriving into the U.S. by air from any foreign country, effective 1/26/21. This order supersedes the prior order signed on 1/12/21. (86 FR 7387, 1/28/21)
