DHS Expands Second Phase of US-VISIT
DHS expands the second phase of the US-VISIT program, establishing at 5 ports of entry limited testing using radio frequency identification (RFID) technology to automatically document the exits and any subsequent re-entries of nonimmigrant travelers. (70 FR 44934, 8/4/05)
Extension of TPS Designation for Somalia

DOL Request for Comments on Unemployment Compensation

DOL Guidance on E-3 LCAs and Clarification on Permanent and Temporary Filings

DHS Proposes Removal of ASVI System of Records

DHS Publishes Notice of Privacy Impact Assessment on US-VISIT Radio Frequency Technology Testing

Extension of EADs for Nicaraguan and Honduran TPS Beneficiaries

DOL Reassigns Labor Certification Functions to Division of Foreign Labor Certification

DOS Amends Regulations on Visa Ineligibility for Unlawful Voters
