DHS Issues Notice of Name Change for ICE and CBP

USCIS Final Rule on RFE and NOID Response Times

Extension of TPS for Sudan
Effective 5/3/07, USCIS will extend the designation of Sudan for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) until 11/2/08. The Federal Register Notice sets forth procedures for applicants to re-register for TPS and apply for an EAD extension. (72 FR 10541, 3/8/07)
